Dr Thoko Kamwendo (on zoom) is a sociologist of science and religion at St John’s College, Durham University. Her work is grounded in the Sociology of Scientific Knowledge (or SSK) and broadly explores the relationship between the construction of scientific and religious knowledge in a variety of contexts. She is currently working on the “Equipping Christian Leadership in an Age of Science” (ECLAS) project researching the views of senior Christian church leaders toward science and science engaged theology.
I will contact all attendees a few days before the event to check if you would like to attend in person or zoom.
