HomePostsStudy theologyOpen event for Prospective Independent Students (18 May)

May 5 Posted by Rebecca Young. Under Study theology,

On May 18th, we are holding a ‘Zoom open event’ for anyone interesting in learning more about their faith by way of undertaking theological study. Our ‘Theology for Disciples’ program offers certificate and diploma courses, as well as the possibility of continuing to BA and MA levels.

To encourage anyone who is interested but uncertain about the commitment involved, we are continuing our ‘taster’ scheme by which students take an initial module in Biblical Studies at the discounted price of £150. This provides the chance to test one’s interest without any obligation to continue beyond the first module. That said, we are delighted that most taster students do continue their studies.

Our open event is scheduled for between 4pm and 5pm on the 18th. All that’s needed to book a place for the hour is the following Eventbrite link: Open Event for Prospective Students Tickets, Tue 18 May 2021 at 16:00 | Eventbrite <https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/open-event-for-prospective-students-tickets-151820440023?keep_tld=1>

‘Theology for Disciples’ is designed to support clergy in building parish congregations with members informed, thoughtful, and imaginative in mission and ministry. Please pass this information on to anyone whom you think might benefit from theological study as part of their discipleship.
