Tutor in Christian Ethics

Raised in Canada and educated at McMaster and Yale universities, Frank is the Research Director at St Paul’s Institute. He holds a DPhil in Theology from the University of Oxford. His first monograph, Desiring Grace, examines the theology of Henri de Lubac and is forthcoming from Brill in 2020. His recent research into the ethical and public policy issues surrounding child poverty will contribute to his second PhD in Philosophy from McMaster University, where he has held a Henry Lyman Hooker Senior Fellowship and has been an Associate Member at the Institute on Ethics for Policy and Innovation. From 2017-2018 he was a Visiting Researcher at the Centre for the Study of Social Justice in the Oxford Department of Politics and International Relations. He lives in Oxford.
