Summertime has arrived, so, as the song says, “the livin’ is easy.” Not altogether accurate, of course, since over the next few weeks St Augustine’s office at Malling is open, as is the library. Holidays take some of us away some of the time but one or two of the staff will always remain to keep the place going. If you have a hour or two, then, please come and visit. Browse the library, read in the grounds, pray in the chapel, study in the Guest House, or talk to the teddy bears in my office. No need to call in advance – unless you want to book a study room – just pop along between the hours of 9pm to 5pm, Monday to Thursday (we’re open most Fridays, too, but it’s worth checking first).
