Biblical Hebrew course

Study Biblical Hebrew in central London with our flexible and accessible language course, running from September 2025 to June 2026.

This course offers an introduction to the original language of the Bible, helping you explore how translation shapes our understanding of Scripture. Classes are held at our Southwark campus in central London, with hybrid and online options available for beginners. The Elementary Hebrew course meets on Mondays from 4:15 to 5:15 pm, with Intermediate Hebrew offered at a time to be confirmed.

Designed for anyone interested in theology or simply eager to learn something new, this year-long course is open to all, with no prior experience required.

The cost is £600, though current St Augustine’s students can attend for free. Whether you’re deepening your theological knowledge or learning for personal enrichment, this course provides a unique opportunity to engage with Biblical Hebrew in a central London setting.
